Investigating UFOs with the World’s Foremost UFO Scientist

Speaker Information

Travel along on a UFO investigation with the world’s most famous UFO scientist.

Why did Dr. J. Allen Hynek call me?  He was world famous, and I was a local investigative reporter in Albuquerque.  The answer is not mysterious but very human. However, our journey together, captured on video, shines a spotlight on UFO sightings by multiple witnesses.

Dr. Hynek, was a respected astrophysicist, when he was asked by the Air Force to be the astronomical consultant to Project Blue Book in 1952.  Decades later, he would become a consultant to the Stephen Spielberg movie, Close Encounters of the Third Kind.  Spielberg would pay him for the title, as it was Dr. Hynek who classified UFO sightings as close encounters of the first, second, and third kinds.

In between those decades, Dr. Hynek was both celebrated and scorned for being the first major scientist to go on record that the UFO Phenomena is real (emphasis on the word, phenomena).

In early 1982, I got a surprise call from Dr. Hynek, and what ensued was a multi-part series of investigative reports for KOB TV in Albuquerque.  You will see my series and learn what Dr. Hynek was like as a nationally known astronomer and astrophysicist –and a world-renown UFO researcher.  And you’ll learn what he was like personally and spiritually.

Also, I interview Major Jess Marcel, the officer who picked up strange materials from the desert near Roswell.  Was it wreckage from a UFO?  See what Major Marcel said in what may have been his last television interview.
